Terms of Sale
Last updated: 1 November 2026
1. Seller
Vina Vicinim is the brand of OPG Marko Bernobić, Deklevi 10, 52463 Višnjan, Croatia. OIB: 69881784926. MIBPG: 182032. Email: [email protected], phone: +385 98 854 762.
2. Scope
Online sales and tasting reservations are currently disabled. This website is an informational catalogue and does not accept orders or payments. The terms below apply only when the relevant service is available; they do not make checkout or reservations available now.
3. Products and prices
When sales are available, prices are shown in euros and include any applicable taxes. Available historical reference prices are shown alongside selling prices. Delivery costs depend on the destination and parcel weight and are shown before you pay.
Product photos are illustrative. The information on the bottle label is decisive.
4. Alcoholic beverages
We sell wine only to persons aged 18 or over. Under the Croatian Trade Act, before you pay for an order containing wine you must confirm your age through the e-Građani system (m-Građani app). We receive only confirmation that you are of age, not your name or OIB. If you refuse or the check is not successful, we must refuse the sale of wine.
Through the webshop we deliver wine to addresses in Croatia only. For wine outside Croatia, contact us. Olive oil can be delivered to every country listed at checkout.
5. Order and contract
You place an order with an obligation to pay by accepting these terms and selecting the final payment or order button. Card orders are confirmed after successful payment. Cash-on-delivery orders, where offered, are confirmed when accepted by our system, with payment due on delivery. We send the order confirmation by email.
If a product turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and refund the payment without delay.
6. Payment
You can pay by card through Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Cash on delivery through DPD is available for eligible Croatian addresses when offered at checkout. Any COD fee and the full amount due are shown before you place the order. DPD collects that amount on delivery. We issue a receipt for every order.
7. Delivery
We hand parcels to DPD within 1–3 working days after card payment or acceptance of a cash-on-delivery order. Delivery within Croatia usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch. The risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered.
If a parcel arrives damaged, note it with the courier if you can and send us photos as soon as possible.
8. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs from the day you, or a person you name other than the carrier, receive the goods.
To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to [email protected] or by post to Deklevi 10, 52463 Višnjan, for example using the model form below. Sending it before the period ends is enough.
We will refund all payments, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the payment method you used. For cash-on-delivery orders, we arrange a bank-transfer refund with your agreement and without a refund fee. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you prove you have sent them.
Return the goods within 14 days of your statement. You bear the direct cost of the return and are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, where the statutory conditions for that exception are met. Opening a bottle does not by itself remove your statutory rights; any reduction for diminished value is assessed under applicable law.
9. Wine tastings
A booking is confirmed when the 15% deposit is paid. The rest is paid on arrival. Cancel at least 48 hours before the tasting for a full refund of the deposit.
Because a tasting is a leisure service booked for a specific date, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Consumer Protection Act, Art. 79). Wine is served only to guests aged 18 and over, and we may ask for ID.
10. Defects
We are liable for material defects under the Croatian Civil Obligations Act. If a product is faulty or not what you ordered, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.
11. Complaints
Send a written complaint by email to [email protected] or by post to Deklevi 10, 52463 Višnjan. We confirm receipt without delay and reply in writing within 15 days.
12. Out-of-court dispute resolution
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may turn to an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body. The list of bodies is published by the Croatian Ministry of Economy. If we reject your complaint, we will tell you which body is competent.
13. Governing law
Croatian law applies. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country.
