We press our extra virgin olive oil from two hectares of groves in the Istrian hills. Same land as the wines. Cold-pressed from hand-picked olives, with a peppery warmth and a grassy edge underneath.
Drizzle over bruschetta, grilled fish, salads, or Istrian pasta. Add it last. That's where it does its work.
